Delivery
UK delivery is £2.95, and free on orders over £35. Orders are dispatched from Salisbury, on the edge of the New Forest, within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll receive tracking by email.
Returns
If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it unworn, in its original packaging, for a full refund. Contact hello@rockbournejewellery.co.uk and we'll sort it quickly.
Earrings: for hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on pierced earrings unless faulty. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
