Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To start a return, email hello@rockbournejewellery.co.uk. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return. Faulty items are refunded or replaced including postage.
